南通七成多食品小作坊登记发证

  规范食品小作坊一直是南通食品安全工作的一项重点。市食药监局昨日消息,截至10月底,全市食品小作坊总数为968家,已登记发证725家,登记率74.9%,位居全省第一。同时,我市建立食品安全公示栏725家,食品安全信息公示栏覆盖率100%。   根据出台的食品小作坊登记奖补政策,今年,市食药监部门对2015年以来符合条件的单位和个人实施了豆制品行业发展奖补政策,共计发放奖补资金50.74万元,有效调动了食品小作坊业主改造提升积极性。在升级完善食品小作坊管理系统平台方面,市食药监局对豆制品质量安全追溯系统进行升级,优化日常监管端统计、豆制品生产经营端APP、豆制品市民端APP等功能。目前,30家豆制品企业、70家符合条件的食品加工小作坊、366个豆制品经营户及458个豆制品消费户已纳入追溯平台管理。   我市还率先制定实施了《南通市食品小作坊日常监督检查工作指南(试行)》以及《南通市食品小作坊监督检查要点表》,指导基层开展食品小作坊日常监督检查,促进提档升级。今年9月,市食药监局组织开展市区食品小作坊专项监督抽检,10月在全市范围实施小作坊食品安全提升工程,按《南通市食品安全示范小作坊评价标准》的要求,指导食品小作坊进行升级改造,建立一批食品安全示范小作坊,充分发挥典型引领作用。据悉,市食药监局将统一向社会公布符合评价标准的小作坊名单,同时引导行业组织参与激励评价工作。
